1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the b1971 platform and its users. By using b1971's website, mobile platform, or any of its services, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.
b1971 is a secure and reliable online casino and betting platform. These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to read and understand this entire document before accessing or using the platform.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account and use any service on b1971, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Creating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. b1971 may request age verification documents at any time and reserves the right to suspend an account until verification is complete.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure. If any information changes, you must notify our support team without delay.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
b1971 reserves the right to verify a user's identity. You may be asked to provide a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.
3. Account Management
3.1 Password & Security
Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately. b1971 uses SSL encryption to protect account security.
3.2 Account Suspension & Closure
b1971 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of Terms
- Evidence of fraudulent activity or cheating
- Providing a false identity or incorrect information
- Bonus abuse
- Operating multiple accounts
- Legal obligations
3.3 Inactive Accounts
Accounts that have not been used for an extended period may be marked as inactive. b1971 will contact the holder of such accounts separately.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
b1971 currently supports the following payment methods:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
- Nagad — Mobile financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
- Rocket — Mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank
4.2 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200, which applies to all payment methods. A successful deposit should reflect in your account balance immediately. If a deposit does not arrive for any reason, contact the support team without delay.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Processing a withdrawal request generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to a registered and verified payment method.
Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met. See the Bonuses section for details.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on b1971 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.
5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
b1971 offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more will earn the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, for a total of ৳47,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
A 10x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be used. This is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each promotion may have its own terms, which will be stated in the promotion details.
- A bonus can only be claimed once per account.
- b1971 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account closed.
- Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
5.4 VIP Program
b1971's VIP program has three tiers. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play:
- Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Rules
All games on b1971 are operated under fair play principles. Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which are described in detail within the game. b1971 reserves the right to void a round if a technical error is detected in the game result.
6.2 Bet Limits
Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the relevant game or market section. b1971 reserves the right to change bet limits at any time.
6.3 Technical Errors
If a technical error occurs during a game or session, b1971 reserves the right to void the result of that game and refund the bet amount. b1971 is not responsible for game results being affected by internet connection issues.
6.4 Sports Betting
Odds displayed in the sports betting section are subject to change. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final. If a match is cancelled or postponed, action will be taken in accordance with b1971's relevant policy.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b1971 platform:
- Using fraudulent software, bots, or automated systems
- Attempting to manipulate game results through any means
- Unauthorised access to another user's account
- Illegal financial transactions or money laundering
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor
- Placing bets using funds belonging to a third party
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform
Involvement in any of these prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

11.2 Temporary Maintenance
The platform may occasionally be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance or upgrades. b1971 will not be held responsible for such interruptions.
11.3 Balance on Account Closure
If an account is closed at the user's request, the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of the terms and conditions, the balance may be forfeited.
12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
b1971 may update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect from the date they are published. Continued use of the platform after an update will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
